On March 18, 2021, Lei Xuejie, vice president of CCPIT Sichuan Council, led a delegation to visit the embassies of Turkey, Indonesia and Nepal in China and had in-depth exchange of views on establishing and strengthening communication, holding economic and trade activities and promoting bilateral economic and trade exchanges.

        Vice President Lei Xuejie expressed her heartfelt thanks to the three embassies for their consistent support and assistance, introduced to them the basic situation of Sichuan Province and the functions and responsibilities of CCPIT Sichuan Council, and invited the embassy leaders to organize relevant enterprises to attend the "11th China (Sichuan) - South and Southeast Asia Business Leaders Summit", "The 6th China (Chengdu) Smart Industry International Expo", "The 7th Sichuan(Chengdu)  Auto & Parts International Fair" and other major economic and trade events. At the same time, she also suggested that the two sides establish and consolidate information exchange mechanisms to strengthen the understanding of the needs of bilateral enterprises and help local products to develop each other's markets.

They expressed that they would actively assist CCPIT Sichuan Council in organizing enterprises to participate in relevant economic and trade activities, hoping to resume direct flights between local and Chengdu after the end of the epidemic, and organize delegations to visit each other and strengthen cooperation in cross-border e-commerce, digital economy, exhibition platforms, logistics channels, etc., so as to jointly promote the economic, trade and cultural friendly exchanges between Sichuan and the three countries to a new level.
