President Huang Li welcomed the visit of Director-General Morinaga Masahiro and his delegation, and thanked the JETRO Chengdu for its long-term support. This year coincides with the 50th anniversary of the normalization of China Japan diplomatic relations and the 70th anniversary of the establishment of CCPIT. As an important force to promote the high-level opening up of Sichuan, CCPIT Sichuan Council is willing to work with the JETRO Chengdu to further ease the difficulties of Japanese funded enterprises in Sichuan and optimize the business environment in Sichuan by relying on the Sichuan Provincial Special Class Platform for Serving Foreign Invested Enterprises established by CCPIT Sichuan Council, Attract more Japanese funded enterprises to invest in Sichuan.

Director-General Morinaga Masahiro thanked CCPIT Sichuan Council for its support and said that Japan External Trade Organization and CCPIT maintained long-term friendly relations and built a bridge for economic and trade exchanges between China and Japan. Sichuan has a good investment environment and a huge consumer market. He hope to jointly hold the "Government Enterprise Dialogue on Serving Foreign funded Enterprises (Japan Session) and Sichuan Japan Enterprise Exchange" with CCPIT Sichuan Council, so as to promote more Japanese funded enterprises to develop in Sichuan and jointly promote the cultivation of local market players in Sichuan.

Vice President Lei Xuejie accompanied him to the meeting and made key arrangements for the next step with Director-General Morinaga Masahiro.
