On May 29, 2025, Huang Li, the president of CCPIT Sichuan met with Vikrom Kromadit, the chairperson of the Thailand-China Business Council and his delegation.

President Huang Li expressed her warm welcome to Chairman Vikrom Kromadit. She briefly introduced the situation of Sichuan Province, the functions and responsibilities of CCPIT Sichuan, and the exchanges and cooperation with Thailand. She hoped that through this visit, the communication and exchanges with the Thailand-China Business Council could be further strengthened, the functional advantages of both sides could be leveraged, and the economic and trade cooperation between Sichuan and Thailand could be jointly promoted. We invite Chairman Vikrom Kromadit to organize Thai enterprises to attend economic and trade activities such as the Sichuan-South Asia and Southeast Asia Business Development Cooperation Conference, The Chengdu International Trade Fair for Automotive Parts and Aftermarket Services, and China (Chengdu) Smart Industry International Expo to deepen and expand economic and trade investment cooperation among enterprises.

Vikrom Kromadit thanked CCPIT Sichuan for its warm reception. He said that the achievements made in China's reform and opening up are admirable, especially the development and changes in Sichuan are impressive. Under the current international economic and trade situation, economic and trade investment cooperation between ASEAN and China will become even closer. We hope to join hands with the CCPIT to encourage more Sichuan enterprises to invest and develop in Thailand, and use this as a springboard to explore a broader international market.

After the meeting, CCPIT Sichuan and the Thailand-China Business Council jointly held a sharing salon on Trade and Investment Opportunities and Projects in Thailand. Lei Xuejie, vice president of CCPIT Sichuan delivered a speech. Thailand officer introduced the investment environment of Thailand via video. Chairman Vikrom Kromadit introduced the experience of Chinese enterprises going global in ASEAN and made a promotion of the industrial park. CCPIT Sichuan specifically organized over ten Sichuan enterprises that are interested in investing and doing business in Thailand to attend the conference and have communication and exchanges with the Thailand-China Business Council.
