On the afternoon of December 30,2025, Lv Furong of CCPIT Sichuan led a delegation to Chengdu for a research visit. They successively visited the Chengdu Open Cooperation Promotion Center, the Sichuan Branch of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission, and the provincial and municipal private economic development promotion centers. The research team gained firsthand insights into Chengdu's progress and innovations in promoting high-level openness, optimizing foreign-related legal services, and supporting private enterprises in "going global".

At the Chengdu Open Cooperation Promotion Center, Lv Furong commended the city's innovative approach of building a new international cooperation platform through high-level "going global" initiatives that drive high-quality "bringing in" efforts. She highlighted Chengdu's comprehensive, multi-tiered, and cross-sector open development framework. CCPIT Sichuan will serve as a bridge, implementing the "One Core, Two Wings, One Platform, Three Actions" strategy to address corporate challenges in overseas expansion. By strengthening provincial-municipal coordination and supporting the "Chengdu Partners" program, CCPIT Sichuan will empower businesses to successfully enter global markets.

Subsequently, the team visited the Sichuan Branch of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission. Lv Furong had in-depth discussions with relevant officials on case handling, expert team building, and other work, expressing their commitment to strengthening support for the Sichuan Branch, jointly enhancing the ability of Sichuan enterprises to cope with foreign-related legal risks, and cultivating foreign-related legal talents.

At the provincial and municipal private economy development promotion centers, Lv Furong emphasized that the private sector is a crucial pillar for Sichuan's socio-economic growth. She urged trade promotion agencies to address challenges in private enterprises' global operations, enhance collaboration, consolidate resources, improve commercial legal services, and support private businesses in expanding overseas.
