On September 20, 2019, Meet the Jinjiang, one of the important branch activities of the "China (Sichuan) -South Asian and Southeast Asian Business Leaders Summit" (hereinafter the "Summit"), was successful Held. More than 20 business leaders from Thailand, Pakistan, Maldives, Myanmar, Malaysia, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Indonesia and other countries came to Jinjiang for in-depth exchanges and interactions.

Mr. Wang Zhimin, Vice President of CCPIT Sichuan Council, attended the event and delivered a speech. He pointed out that the purpose of this activity is to build a platform and to provide opportunities for cooperation and development for economic and trade institutions and enterprises from South and Southeast Asian countries, and to promote specific project cooperation as well as the continuous expansion of cooperation between Sichuan and South and Southeast Asia. He hoped that participating countries can take full advantage of the complementary advantages of industries and carry out exchanges and cooperation with cities, prefectures and counties in Sichuan Province in the fields of financial services, cultural tourism, medical care and health care, digital economy, especially in new economy.

Foreign guests at the meeting said that Sichuan Province has advanced commerce and trade, beautiful ecology, good business environment, and vigorous development of new economic enterprises. They will bring back advanced technologies and models learned in Sichuan Province to their countries, jointly promote the development of new technologies, models, formats and industries, and achieve mutual benefit and win-win.
