Vice President Lei Xuejie welcomed the visit of Consul General Mert Tokman and his delegation. She said that the economic and trade cooperation between Türkiye and Sichuan has a good foundation and great potential. CCPIT Sichuan Council is willing to strengthen exchanges and deepen cooperation with the Consulate General of Türkiye in Chengdu. At the same time, in order to cooperate with the opening of the Consulate General of Türkiye in Chengdu, CCPIT Sichuan Council actively promoted the opening of the Türkiye National Commodity Pavilion at the same time, hoping to further promote bilateral economic and trade exchanges by using the platform of the Türkiye National Commodity Pavilion.

Consul General Mert Tokman thanked CCPIT Sichuan Council for its efforts to open the Türkiye National Commodity Pavilion, and said that he would continue to strengthen communication and exchange, actively assist CCPIT Sichuan Council in organizing a delegation to visit Türkiye, and fully tap the potential of bilateral economic and trade cooperation.
