In order to implement Sichuan’s strategic deployment of "Four-directional Expansion, All-front Opening-up" and accelerate the new trend of three-dimensional and comprehensive opening up, in accordance with the provincial government’s requirements for strengthening the construction of international economic and trade think tanks, We actively establishes the "CCPIT Sichuan Council (CCOIC SC) Expert Committee". The Committee relies on Sichuan’s advantages, intends to hire influential experts in the sectors of economy, finance, social management, technology, law, and corporate management, gives full play to the intellectual advantages of the committee, focuses on the "policy research, decision-making consultation, and advice & suggestions", and strive to build the Committee into a research and consulting institution with distinctive characteristics in international economic and trade investment.

As of 2020, the Committee has 8 experts in total:

① Mr. Pual Sives, President of European Chamber of Commerce in China Southwest Chapter;

② Ito Satoshi, Director of Japan-China Economic Association Chengdu office

③ Ko Beom Seo, Chief Representative of Chengdu Office of Korea International Trade Association;

④ Wendy Wei, Chief Representative of Chengdu Office of China Britain Business Council.

⑤ Mr. Hu Song, Dean of Sichuan Institute of Industry and Information Technology;

⑥ Mr. Sheng Yi, Deputy Dean of Sichuan Academy of Social Sciences, Secret General of Sichuan Economic and Social Development Strategy Research Center, Counselor of Chengdu Municipal Government;

⑦ Mr. Li Zhiqiang, Ｅxecutive Deputy Dean of the School of International Relations of Sichuan University

⑧ Ms. Jiang Yumei, Ｅxecutive Dean of the Comprehensive Research Institute of Sichuan Pilot Free Trade Zone of Southwestern University of Finance and Economics.
