INTRODUCTION

"Chengdu International Trade Fair for Automotive Parts and Aftermarket Services" (CAPAS) is co-sponsored by CCPIT Sichuan Council, CCPIT Automobile Sub-Council, Sichuan Provincial Department of Economics and Information Technology, and Frankfurt Exhibition (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. It is the one of the top ten brand exhibitions in Sichuan. The exhibition highlights key content such as auto parts, automotive aftermarket services, new energy and smart cars, and gathers high-quality resources in the industry. Now it has become a Southwestern auto industry event integrating commerce, exchange and investment, effectively promoting the upgrading of the Sichuan auto industry.

Since its establishment in 2014, it has been successfully held for 7 consecutive years, with a total exhibition area of 256,500 square meters, 3,856 exhibiting companies, and more than 110,000 professional visitors. More than 100 well-known enterprises participated in the exhibition. A total of 119 special events including the "China (Chengdu) International New Energy Vehicle Exhibition" and "China New Energy Vehicle International Cooperation Conference" were held. Accumulatively it promoted trade and investment cooperation amounted to more than 41 billion yuan, and facilitated the establishment of well-known auto companies such as Kaiyi Automobile and Chery New Energy to settle in Sichuan.
