On January 31, CCPIT Sichuan Council issued the "Proposal Letter on Fighting the Epidemic of NCP to the CCPIT Provincial System and the Professional Committees of the Sichuan International Chamber of Commerce." It requires to prevent and control the epidemic. In the next few days, the professional committees of the Sichuan International Chamber of Commerce have responded enthusiastically and acted quickly to take advantages of the industry and resources. They have adopted various methods such as donations, coordinated supplies, public welfare actions, and publicity and guidance to fight against the disease.

The Middle East Market Committee and the Sichuan-Chongqing Township Association donated 61 boxes of medical supplies such as masks, goggles, protective clothing and gloves. The Professional Committee for Cultural Heritage Exchange donated 100 surgical masks and 1000 sets of disposable surgical gloves imported from Indonesia to the Chengdu Hi-tech Zone. The Halas Food Professional Committee makes full use of the international relations network, actively contacts Pakistan, Turkey, Saudi Arabia and other foreign business associations and enterprises, and assists the Sichuan Red Cross, the Luzhou Municipal Government, the Jinjiang District Government, and the Qingyang District Government to purchase medical masks, goggles, protective clothing, disinfectant and other scarce supplies of epidemic prevention materials. They carry out public welfare action "Enter the Community", organize member enterprises, and give food to street community workers in the frontline. The Hotel Materials Establishment Professional Committee initiated the united action with Chengdu Huaye Group and the relevant departments of Qingyang District to help establish an efficient, convenient, real-time and controllable catering mechanism to resolve meal problems of over 36,000 employees of the industrial headquarters base resumption enterprise in Qingyang District.

At the same time, the Professional Committees in the industries such as alcohol, automobiles, pre-packaged foods, and halal foods also called on their member companies to actively participate in epidemic prevention and control through Internet online platforms. They also maintain close communication with member companies, timely know the damage, difficult needs, resumption arrangements, and work conditions, and provide relevant coordination services for all companies.
