On February 5, 2020, in order to deal with the impact of NCP on cross-border trade and investment of Chinese enterprises, CCPIT has established a comprehensive cross-border trade and investment legal support platform to answer enterprises’ questions caused by the epidemic, including trade remedy cases, risk assessment of international operation compliance, overseas intellectual property rights protection, foreign arbitration mediation services, export control, antitrust investigations, national security review, economic sanctions, protection of overseas interests, etc. The establishment of legal support platform is one of the important measures for CCPIT to resolutely implement the decision and deployment made by of the Party Central Committee and the State Council, which is aimed at preventing and controlling the epidemic situation of NCP and provide enterprises with convenient services.
