An electric power design institute was recently affected by the epidemic, and the goods could not be successfully delivered to Vietnam. Some on-site construction periods were delayed. On the other hand, the factory was unable to deliver on time due to the epidemic. The contract amount reached hundreds of millions of dollars. Therefore, they hoped to apply for force majeure. Certificate and applied to the owner for extension.
