On July 14, 2021, President Huang Li of CCPIT Sichuan Council, met with U U Sang, Ｅxecutive Director of the Macao Trade and Investment Promotion Institute.

President Huang Li welcomed his visit, and briefly introduced the situation of Sichuan Province, the functional advantages of CCPIT Sichuan Council, the three major service platforms, and brand exhibition activities such as Chengdu International Trade Fair for Automotive Parts and Aftermarket Services, China(Chengdu) Smart Industry International EXPO, China (Sichuan) - South Asia and Southeast Asia Business Leaders Summit, etc. She also invited Mr. U to participate in the upcoming Road Show (Sichuan) on China’sParticipation in Expo Dubai 2020 . She said that in participating in the recovery and reconstruction after the Wenchuan earthquake, the two governments have cooperated more closely and the friendship between the two peoples has grown stronger. It is hoped that the two sides will seize the opportunity of establishing the Sichuan-Macao cooperation conference mechanism under the national strategic opportunities such as the Chengdu-Chongqing Dual-city Economic Circle and the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, jointly organize relevant economic and trade activities, and strengthen the docking of bilateral enterprises.  We encourages more Sichuan companies to "go global" to explore the markets of countries along the "Belt and Road" and Portuguese-speaking countries, and encourage Sichuan and Macau companies to cooperate to seize the "dual cycle" opportunities.

Mr. U thanked Huang Li for her introduction and CCPIT Sichuan Council for its long-term support to Macao Trade and Investment Promotion Institute. He said that Macau not only serves as a platform for cooperation and exchange between the Mainland of China and Portuguese-speaking countries, but also a powerful bridge for Mainland Chinese enterprises to enter the ASEAN market after the signing of the RCEP agreement. In the future, They will continue to deepen cooperation and exchanges with CCPIT Sichuan Council, and jointly help Sichuan to better participate in the construction of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area in terms of innovating exhibition models, conducting group visits, and organizing economic and trade activities.
